Alejandro Amado
General Manager
Alejandro Amado founded Support Staff Solutions USA LLC in May 2019. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, a record of competitive growth among US employment agencies, and years of placing temporary staff on assignment with well-known logistics companies in Florida. He has extensive experience in flexible staffing solutions and a firm commitment to quality, and he focuses on delivering staff on assignment to logistics companies in record time and on cost-effective recruiting. All staff are covered by workers’ compensation insurance.
As General Manager and CIO for the Americas, he sets the financial and corporate strategy, places staff on assignment across logistics operations, and leads the group as a whole — including Gestion Temporal de Colombia S.A.S., the first company he created, in Colombia in 2007. Alejandro Amado leads a team of more than 250 people, among them professionals and staff on assignment at major logistics companies in the United States and Latin America (Colombia).
Helping people from many countries achieve their financial aspirations and family goals, bringing a daily income into their homes.
Alejandro works with his whole team — financial, IT, executive and field — to develop long- and short-term growth strategies and the company’s financial objectives. He is committed to expanding Support Staff Solutions USA LLC worldwide, carrying with it a mission and a social commitment: to provide employment to everyone who has tenacity, attitude, enthusiasm, motivation and the desire to get ahead.
Alejandro Amado is a lawyer from the Libre University of Bogota, Colombia (1999), and a specialist in human-resources, commercial and corporate law. He worked at the Superintendency of Companies for seven years and at the Amados law firm, in Colombia.
